PrecisionMD, a skincare company based in New York, has launched DermaChromatic, which claims to reduce the appearance of redness by 54% in two weeks. The product contains an exclusive patent-pending copper-chlorophyllin complex that helps neutralize free radicals that cause red, irritated skin

“My patients with red and blotchy facial skin have noticed a dramatic reduction in the redness of their skin, plus they love the way the product feels as it’s applied,” said David B. Vasily, M.D., FAAD, co-inventor of DermaChromatic technology and board-certified dermatologist, Bethlehem, PA.

DermaChromatic is packaged in a bottle with a pump, and it also has an outer carton. Both are decorated with copper-colored accents to visually represent its formulation, which contains copper. PrecisionMD is the sole distributor in the U.S. of DermaChromatic, which is sold through dermatologist and other aesthetic MD offices.
